You will be surprised at how easy it is to add a painted on window mural to
your windows for the Holidays.
This is great for businesses that do not want to hire a professional and expensive
window painter or muralist.
What fun it would be to have a different mural on your windows for each Holiday or occasion.
This would be fun for the kids to help too, as they can help paint in the outlines with you!
Add a painted mural to your windows for Birthday parties or special occasions.
You can use window paints, markers, acrylics too, and it all comes off easily, one way is to use just wadded up newspaper. Cleaning it off is a breeze!
The murals can be changed out as many times as you like with different themes or characters.
Tip #1: Secure the template on the outside of the window, facing in. That way, you are free,
(and warm) to trace the outline of the picture pattern. Also, painting on the inside of the window, makes the end result of the picture being crystal clear and smooth.
If windows are too high up, we include the carbon paper for tracing to the windows from
the inside. Some people can't do a straight line, using a ruler as a guide helps wonders!
Tip #2: Two sided or masking tape (Do not use clear tape. It adheres too good to the window, therefore leaving a sticky residue behind when removed.)
Once the template is secured where desired, use a marker if the mural is taped to the outside, or use a pen/pencil if tracing on the inside and begin tracing the pattern. Once the tracing is complete, you are now ready to paint it in. This is where your painting becomes your own creation. You choose which colors go where and you can add more details of your own to make it unique.
