We ship worldwide by Priority Mail International with tracking.
When in checkout, please choose the International shipping option.
Do you take requests for other designs not listed? TOP Email us your request and we'll see if we can get it.
You can also email any pictures you have, preferably in the same style format as the murals, but if not email what you have and we'll see what we can do.
Can any mural be made larger or smaller? TOP Any of the murals can be made as small as you want, but not all murals can be made larger.
We can usualy make them as large as 5' or 6' in size.
Email us to find out if the one you want can be made larger.
The cost is based on size.
Do the murals come with transfer medium? TOP All 4'x3' murals come with a sheet of 18" x 18" transfer medium per order and is more than enough to do the mural.
The transfer medium and mural can be used over and over so you can add the design to other rooms or share it with your friends or family.
The larger 5'-6' murals come with a larger 18"x36" size transfer medium.
Smaller murals come with an 11'x8" size transfer medium.
When will my order be shipped? TOP We try to ship orders the same day we get them.
If this isn't possible we like to have them shipped as soon as possible or within 24-48 hours.
What types of payments do you accept? TOP When you order through our websites checkout, we accept paypal only.
We accept credit cards and echecks through PayPal with your Mastercard, Visa, Echeck, Discover, PayPal balance and other forms of payment.
You may also indicate that you would like to pay by Money Order, Cashiers Check, or Peronal Check.
If mailing a payment please include a note with what you would like along with the name and items number.
How are your murals packaged and shipped? TOP All murals are folded and placed in a clear plastic sleeve, which is then placed inside a waterproof polymailer.
We decided to ship them folded for a number of reasons.
Rolling them and putting them into shipping tubes wouldn't fit inside mailboxes & were left on doorsteps, if no one was home, sometimes packages were left in the rain.
Our customers would occassionaly have to pick them up at the post office, another inconvenience.
A couple of shipping tubes have even been lost at one time. (this was very rare though).
So we now ship smaller orders folded as mentioned above, and now packages fit inside mailboxes, they don't get wet, and they don't get lost.
For orders of 7 or more murals we roll them up and ship in a long Priority mail shipping tube.
